Payment Options

We accept payments through all major credit cards/debit cards, checks, and cash.

Upon Our Arrival

  • We'll conduct a walkthrough with you and review the work order. If additional areas need cleaning beyond the initial estimate, especially hallways, stairs, or basements larger than 200 sqft, we will discuss and confirm these with you.
  • Please inform us of any spots or stains needing special attention and, if possible, identify the staining agent. Our technicians are trained to handle such concerns.
  • If you'd like us to reapply protector, please let us know.
  • Don't hesitate to ask our technician for estimates on hardwood, tile, upholstery cleaning, or carpet repair.


Preparation Before Our Arrival

  • Kindly reserve a parking spot closest to the front door or entry point.
  • Notify us in advance about any special furniture considerations, such as weak legs or loose tops.
  • We request that you vacuum high-traffic areas and beneath furniture before our arrival.
  • Remember to pin up any full-length draperies, ensuring they are at least 6 inches from the carpet, and do the same for skirts on upholstered furniture.
  • Please note that we won't move china cabinets, large or heavy furniture, or electronics. We'll work around these items safely. We also use small Styrofoam blocks or plastic tabs.
  • Please have all pets away. Children should be kept away from hoses and the truck-mount at ALL times.


Cleaning Products

  • We exclusively use environmentally-friendly Procyon Plus Powder for all our cleaning services.
  • Safety Data Sheets may be provided.

Before-and-After Documentation

For your convenience and to showcase our work, we will capture before and after images. If you're not present during the cleaning, we'll share these images with you thru the invoice email.

Protecting Delicate Items

Relocate delicate or valuable items, such as heirlooms or wobbly lamps, to prevent accidental damage during cleaning.

Pet Safety & Children Safety

  • Ensure your pets are safely quarantined during the cleaning process, as our equipment and activities can make them anxious.
  • Please keep all children away from our hoses. 
  • No children or adult should ever touch the truck or truck-mount located inside of the van.


Protecting Delicate Items

  • Please keep the parking area and sidewalk free of snow during winter months.
  • Note that inclement weather or temperatures below 32 degrees may impact your booking schedule.


After Our Service

  • We'll leave you with a complimentary spotting bottle for future spills or accidents.
  • Please wait until the carpet is completely dry before moving furniture or removing protective blocks or pads. Typically 12-24 hours.
  • Occasionally, carpet bumps may appear after cleaning, usually due to improper installation or carpet defects; they should flatten out over time.
  • Be cautious when transitioning from damp carpet to other surfaces to avoid slipping.
  • Ensure your shoes' soles are clean when walking on freshly cleaned carpet.
  • If possible, run the A/C to help expedite carpet drying; avoid opening windows or doors as outside humidity can affect drying times.
