LVP Cleaning ( Luxury Vinyl Plank) 

What is LVP ? LVP is short for Luxury Vinyl Plank and is being installed in most newer homes as an alternative to carpet in bedrooms & living rooms. Sometimes it resembles hardwood floors or tile patterns but is made out of vinyl material.

While yes it’s considered low maintenance over time the products you use to clean it build-up, heavy foot traffic, and daily use and cause discoloration.

Spectrum uses a pH-Neutral cleaner that is specifically formulated for cleaning vinyl plank flooring and cleaning luxury vinyl flooring and with a specialized commercial floor scrubber that blasts the yuck away.

Spectrum can clean all vinyl plank flooring to remove embedded dirt and grime.

We recommend this at least once a year depending on usage in the home or office.
