“I can’t wait until my carpet gets cleaned, but now what?”

Before we arrive, please:
• Vacuum carpet
• Clear end tables of items
• Turn on outside water faucet
• Please make sure all pets are safe and secure
•We do go around all larger items of furniture… beds, couches, tv stands, dressers, etc.

During your cleaning we will:
•Pre-inspect areas to be cleaned and note any staining
•Pre-spray carpet for best soil removal
•We offer blocks or tabs to prevent staining on furniture if you’d like
•We have an air mover to help reduce dry time
•If you would like us to rake the carpets we can, resetting the way the carpet is laid
•Final walk through inspection

“Okay, my carpet looks great and I’m very happy they did what they said they would do. What’s next?”

After service:
•Carpet is damp, please be careful walking from one surface to another
•We recommend anywhere between 12-24 hours to dry. We understand that’s difficult
•We recommend having the ac on to help speed up drying time to 6-8 hours
