Our Key Personnel
After working several years as lead technician, Josh purchased the company from the previous owners, Jim and Diane Christopher. Under their tutelage he learned how to keep the family business successful.
Josh is always available for emergency fire and water damages and holds the record for bringing in the most positive comment cards from customers week after week.
Josh was born in Montgomery County but has lived in Frederick for 22 years. He invests a lot of effort into his work and it is evident in all that he does. He cares for his Spectrum community.
In his spare time Josh is an urban explorer, traveling far and wide create videos of his travels.
Angie Baker serves as an administrative assistant to the owner and is a valuable team member.
Originally from Montgomery City, Angie currently resides in Middletown where she and her husband, Kris, are raising their family. Prior to Spectrum, Angie was in construction, which lead to real estate sales.
Angie is active in her community and with her children’s activities and enjoys antiquing and being Mother earth incarnate. Angie’s fun and jovial spirit is a valuable asset to Spectrum’s success.
Donna Cooper has worked for Spectrum since 2015 and has proven to be an invaluable part of the team.
Originally from Wheaton, MD she currently resides in Hagerstown, MD. Prior to working at Spectrum, she was a Property Adjuster for Nationwide Insurance. In this position, she became close with Jim and Diane and eagerly jumped on the position with Spectrum when it became available.
She is married and has three children, Amber (25), EJ, (24), and Ariel, (20). In her spare time she enjoys going to the movies and traveling with family. Donna’s warm personality is such an asset to Spectrum Carpet’s customer service and her knowledge and skills are equally invaluable.
Victor has worked for Spectrum for several years. He is an incredibly hard working employee who takes initiative, is easy going, and genuinely cares for his work. He was born in Guatemala, but has been living in Frederick, MD for 13 years where he resides with his wife and two children.
His excellent work ethic and compatibility with the other employees makes him a valuable asset at work. He is dependable and reliable and Spectrum is so thankful he came into their office for work.
